Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "f333" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at f-333.cc, including all associated services, features, games, and promotional materials.
• "Platform" means the f333 website, all sub-pages, and any related digital service offered by f333 to registered players.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the f333 Platform by a Player, used to access betting, gaming, and account management services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games or bets before it can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all Player Account balances are denominated on the f333 Platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms and Conditions apply to all Accounts on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the f333 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the f333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting f333 support at [email protected].

f333 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on f333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. f333 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21, regardless of local laws that may set a lower minimum age.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal structures may not register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by f333 or any recognised gaming authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a person employed by or associated with the operation of the f333 Platform.

f333 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. You agree to provide supporting documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on f333. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, f333 reserves the right to close all but the earliest registered Account and to void any winnings accumulated across the duplicate Accounts.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. f333 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and notify f333 support immediately.

You must notify f333 promptly at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. f333 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses that occurred prior to notification where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

f333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any positive real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for deposits.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting f333 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome; resulting winnings will be credited to the Player's balance and returned via the primary withdrawal method on file.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on f333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). f333 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. f333 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties.
• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change by f333 with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative registered method will be used.
• f333 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal circumstances. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• f333 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any accusation of misconduct.
• Deposits made using bonus promotion codes or during active promotional periods may be subject to specific withdrawal conditions as described in the relevant promotion terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the f333 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules applicable to all markets on f333 are as follows:

• A bet is confirmed only when f333 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets in a "pending" state at the time of a system interruption are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• f333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (palpable error). Where a bet is voided under this provision, the stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and may close without notice during periods of high match activity or where the integrity of a market cannot be confirmed.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator systems operated by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or other approved studios). f333 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Players accept that the house edge and return-to-player percentages applicable to casino games and slots create a statistical long-term advantage for the platform. Past outcomes do not influence future results.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per player category apply. Current limits are displayed in the relevant section of the Player Account settings and may be updated with reasonable notice.

Bonuses and Promotions

f333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards under the f333 VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each offer's specific terms and may include restrictions based on Player location, payment method, account age, or previous bonus history.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms at the time of claiming.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for each offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within this window will be forfeited automatically.
• Only bets placed on eligible games and markets count toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Games with a contribution rate below 100% are identified in the bonus terms for each offer.
• f333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an offer and are in the process of meeting its wagering requirements will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using arbitrage strategies, or placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

Responsible Gaming

f333 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides players with a suite of self-management tools accessible from within their Account settings, including personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain control of their gaming activity.

f333 may, at its sole discretion, impose account restrictions or cooling-off periods on any Player where internal monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour that suggest problem gambling. Such interventions are taken in the interest of Player welfare and are not punitive in nature.

During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent to the Player. Self-exclusion periods of less than six months are not available — the minimum self-exclusion term on f333 is six months.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balance), and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information or identity documents.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using f333 as a vehicle for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage unavailable to standard players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or betting market. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino sessions, or any other interactive game format.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sports events on which bets are offered.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited under applicable local law, where f333 does not hold the necessary permissions to operate.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing f333 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the f333 Platform — including but not limited to the f333 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game assets — is the property of f333 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the f333 Platform without the prior written consent of f333. Unauthorised use of f333 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or funds resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform where such inaccuracies are corrected within a reasonable timeframe and the correction does not materially prejudice the outcome of settled bets.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit f333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. f333's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Privacy and Data

f333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in the f333 Privacy Policy.

f333 uses player data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and, where consent has been given, marketing communications. f333 does not sell player personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

f333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, f333 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. f333 operates as an online entertainment platform and endeavours to resolve all Player disputes fairly and promptly.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the f333 Platform, you should first contact f333 support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. f333 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with f333 support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. f333's decision on any matter relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, including the settlement of bets, is final in the absence of demonstrable error or bad faith.
